Registration
Conference registration is completed only after successful payment of the applicable registration fee and confirmation by the Organizing Committee.
Payments
All payments are processed through a secure online payment system. The registration fee includes only the services specified on the conference website.
Participant Responsibilities
Participants are responsible for providing accurate and complete registration information. The Organizing Committee is not responsible for any problems resulting from incorrect information provided during registration.
Conference Program
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify the scientific program, schedule, speakers, or venue if necessary. Such changes shall not constitute grounds for a refund of the registration fee.
Liability
The Organizing Committee shall not be liable for personal injury, loss of property, travel disruptions, visa issues, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
