Requests for cancellation and refund must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
Refunds will be made according to the following policy:
- Cancellation received 30 days or more before the conference: 100% refund of the registration fee.
- Cancellation received 15–29 days before the conference: 50% refund.
- Cancellation received less than 15 days before the conference or failure to attend: no refund.
Any bank charges or transaction fees incurred during the refund process may be deducted from the refunded amount.
If the conference is cancelled by the Organizing Committee, all registration fees paid will be refunded in full.
Substitution of participants from the same organization may be accepted upon written request before the conference.
